They are made exclusively from end grain wood which makes each knife cut more efficient and makes your kitchen prep that much easier.
In addition, each wood seam in both directions is bonded using floating tenons which ensure your cutting board will last for generations. Our average cutting board uses at least 60 tenons during construction!
